At The Spice Trail we source as many ingredients locally, the main staple being the bounty of fresh seafood that arrives fresh of the boats. To keep our menus fresh, we grow as many of our herbs on site so that we’re never short on supply and we source our meat and fruit from the farming communities. We only source pesticide free fruits and antibiotic free meat and poultry.
The Spice Trail restaurant is run by our esteemed Executive Chef Trevor Tucker who returned back to his native Sri Lanka after 30 years of working abroad, primarily in the 5 star hotel sector in Dubai.
