We are looking for an adventure seeking, beach/surf loving dynamic chef to work with us during the upcoming season in Arugam Bay. Want to surf, cook and live in paradise for a few months? Then drop us a line and tell us a bit more about yourself.
Tasks
The job entails designing menus, training the team on new dishes, working with our farm to experiment with new produce and bringing you personal touches to the food program. Must know how to manage costs in the kitchen and be accountable for the bottom line.
Duration
From May through September 2018
If you can only do a part of this duration that is fine, critical months are June - August
Package
We will take care of your housing, food and accomodation
Working visa granted for long stays
Salary + profit share (based on experience)
Lots of surf/beach time
